The sober living program was created for Male, female, transgender, gender neutral, nonbinary, agender, pangender, genderqueer, two-spirit, third gender, and all, none or a combination of these who are recovering from an addiction and/or have mental/physical health issues. The program was designed to empower individuals in transition, clients are placed in one of our healthy and sober living houses for a minimum of six-months, with the possibility of renewal at the end of every six months pending progress and need. Each house has an on-site 24/hr. house monitor that reports to the house manager and helps clients connect to local resources and holds them accountable to the rules. Once admitted clients are immediately connected to a primary care physician, mental health clinician and case manager. All clients are provided with medication management via trained nursing staff.
